The Team

Dr. Michal Antkiewicz is a co-founder and managing director. Michal is an entrepreneur, a researcher, a software consultant, a mentor, a software developer, a designer, and an architect.

Dr. Krzysztof Czarnecki is a co-founder and chief technology officer. Krzysztof is an associate professor at University of Waterloo, where he leads the Generative Software Development Lab. Krzysztof is the Bank of Nova Scotia / NSERC Industrial Research Chair and the Theme 3: Uncertainty, Adaptability, and Variability Lead of the Network for the Engineering of Complex Software-Intensive Systems for Automotive Systems (NECSIS).

Rehan Rauf, MASc, is a technology lead responsible for IntelligentET. Rehan is a software developer and an entrepreneur. He co-founded BumpIn.com and was team-lead for another start-up, FindAlong. BumpIn.com is now an established entity providing social widgets for websites. It competes directly with big names like Meebo. Keeping up with the trend, Rehan is now boot-strapping another interesting start-up. Overall, his experience spans over 4 years in developing commercial software.
